About Me

Hi, I’m Shwmita. As an HR Business Partner currently supporting over 750 employees across Sales, COE, Financial Planning, Marketing, Credit, and Operations, I focus on building capability, driving engagement, and ensuring that every business decision aligns with our people strategy.

My focus lies in talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and capability building, ensuring that every individual has the clarity and tools to succeed.

Before moving into the HRBP role, I spent time in Learning & Development, managing large-scale training programs and onboarding frameworks that shaped the employee journey from day one. Earlier, during my internship at Versa Networks, I strengthened my foundation in HR operations and HRIS management, handling onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.

What this really means is: I’m happiest when I’m turning ideas into action and connecting people with solutions that actually work. I enjoy solving people challenges through data, empathy, and collaboration, creating workplaces where both people and business grow together.

Along the way, I picked up tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Azure, Zoho People, ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ATS Platforms, Canva, Notion etc., and learned how to keep things running without losing sight of the human side.

Outside the office, I’m a mix of creative energy and curiosity. I write to untangle my thoughts. I’ve trained in Kathak, an Indian classical dance that’s equal parts rhythm, discipline, and storytelling. I’ve recently started dabbling in vibe coding, not entirely sure what that’ll become, and I’m spending more time at the gym, chasing personal goals and new challenges.
